16 Ways to Make Your Life More Enjoyable







Has the stress of life got you down?  Or, has your stressing put a damper on life?

Try these tips to make life a little more enjoyable.


Work these things into your daily routine.  First thing in the morning is a great time to do boost your day with them.  If that doesn't work for you, spread them throughout your day.  Some might give you a midday boost.  Others might give you a much needed lift at the end of your day.  Still others might help you sleep.

Whatever the case may be, give them a try!


ONE:  EAT BLUEBERRIES
This superfood will give your brain and body a boost.

TWO:  EAT GARLIC
Garlic will rid you of toxins that pull you down.

THREE:  DRINK WATER
Drink as much water as you can throughout your day to flush out the toxins that you encounter.

FOUR:  ADD APPLE CIDER VINEGAR TO YOUR WATER
A couple of tablespoons will rejuvenate your system.

FIVE:  ADD BAKING SODA TO YOUR WATER
Baking soda will neutralize the acid that diseases feed on in your body.

SIX:  EAT TURMERIC
This spice is a powerful superfood.  It is most effective when paired with black pepper and healthy fats.

SEVEN:  EAT GINGER
Ginger boosts your metabolism and immune system.

EIGHT:  MOVE YOUR BODY
Adding extra movement to your daily routine such as walking, climbing stairs, squats, and stretching will help your circulation and overall fitness.

NINE:  MEDITATE
Stop everything and every thought and just focus on the present moment to give yourself a little vacation in your head.

TEN:  SLEEP WELL
Make sure you get 6 to 8 hours of sleep a day.  More or less than that is bad for your health.

They are superfoods that most of us don't get enough of so add a few to every meal.

Lift your spirits with positive feedback from others.

FOURTEEN:  CONNECT WITH NATURE
Get out of the house and get some fresh air and a fresh perspective on life.

FIFTEEN:  SMILE
Smiling actually makes you feel happier, so smile as many times a day as you can.

SIXTEEN:  SING OUT LOUD
